What am I doing wrong? I am trying to use the Virtual Agent Designer out of the box topic called Create Incident. I can't seem to get the location auto-populate when it creates an incident. The field is always empty but the caller field is filled in but I want location to be filled with the caller information too.
Can someone please help show me where I need to put a script in order for the create incident topic block to auto fill the user's location???
