Hi Everyone, I’m preparing for the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam. Has anyone here taken it or started preparing? I’d love to know what kind of topics or practice questions you focused on, especially around ServiceNow Certified System Administrator concepts.
Also curious if anyone has come across good practice tests or mock exams for CSA — they’d be super helpful alongside the official ServiceNow documentation. Any tips or shared experiences would be really appreciated!

Hi @terokad508
I would recommend you to only rely on the provided training material, as any practice test / mock up is known to have false - positives.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
