Why does the AI search of the Topic Content widget not find articles that are in certain KB ?

On my portal page I have a taxonomy that contains a knowledge Child topic.
within that child topic I have other child topics, each representing one of my current knowledge bases.
withing those child topics instances I have knowledge categories that contain the portal's articles

I'm using the Topic Content to view my articles

The problem I'm having is that when I search for something in the Search Sources, it doesn't show me some articles that are found in certain knowledge bases

For example, when I got to the Service Desk Knowledge Base and type "test" in the search sources, even though I have 3 articles that contain the word "Test", I still don't get any results

But when I look at the widget's instance options my configuration of search sources filter is correctly configured

and when I check the articles that match my search sources filter, it does show me the records

so I don't know what is happening

@JoséEduardD ,

 

As per my knowledge it is happening because ai search doesn’t simply run a list query the way the filter preview does.......but instead searches indexed sources tied to the portal search profile.....so if the relevant kb isn’t included in that profile or hasn’t been indexed yet the widget won’t return those articles even though you see them in the instance...
