How exactly is this helpful? The information is in every instance where it's installed, including any custom attributes the instance has. Docs has it as well. It would be useful if this post wasn't just about posting, but describing the process and show what is stored in which table. Showing how it works, works better as an article than just copy/pasting the info everyone has.
