Hi Team,
I have just realized that my ServiceNow PDI has been deactivated a few days ago - the warning mail ended up in my spams ...
I did a lot of work on it for my personal training, I hope all is not lost : is it possible for the support team to activate it please ? I can give my instance came and url in a personal channel ?

Hi @fmpersonals,
there is NO official support for PDIs.
The only thing you can do is to navigate to the Developer Site:
https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/home
https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance
And you will see the status of your PDI or if you still have the PDI or not anymore...
If you haven't logged in for more than 10 days, then your PDI is no longer with us...
https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/guides/zurich/now-platform/faq/pdi_faq
Let me know if this answered your question, most likely it's not what you wanted to hear but that's how the things are... :(( sorry for your (eventual) lost

Hi @fmpersonals
Unfortunately, ServiceNow PDIs (Personal Developer Instances) are automatically reclaimed and deleted after a period of inactivity, and once an instance has been deactivated and reclaimed, it cannot be restored.
You have to basically request a new one, make sure to login everyday once so that instance is available all the time.
