@Alessa It's got a learning curve but let me see if I can help.
1. goto community.servicenow.com
2. in the header, click discussions, then developers
3. scroll down, on the right of the questions is a "Ask a Question"
Really I think this should be higher up but it isn't.

Hi,
If anyone has a Now Support login, can you post an Idea to open the Idea's portal to the wider community?
Seems Ideas are now locked down.

Good morning Community!
I am using the ServiceNow Community platform and am interested in connecting with other Community Managers to discuss best practices and utilizing the SN Community platform.
Things I would like to share and chat about:
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and measurement.
- Breaking down and analyzing survey data.
- Dashboards and performance analytics.
- Moderation and community management.
- General Community discussions.
If you are interested, please reply to this post or PM me.
Cheers,
Toby

Hey @Toby11 - I *just* finished doing a ton of reporting work on Surveys.
I've also been a dashboard/reporting lover since before ServiceNow existed.
Feel free to reach me at rob (at) theduke (dot) digital
No consulting sales, just happy to chat on those topics.

In my view, here at the end of April, the Community site is still SEVERELY broken, and for all the improvements, we were 1000% better off with the old Community site. As several people have mentioned, the forums are the core of the Community site. With topics, link to product, etc. not working!!!!! after months!!!!!!, and while the old labels are listed and can be clicked on to get to filtered old posts, new labels don't exist--the forums are un-navigable. Personally I am working in UI Builder, which is a small subset of Developers. As there is no way to mark my post as UI Builder (the old label was "Now Experience UI Framework") or to filter to UI Builder--I cannot get notified for posts of interest, I cannot possibly spend the time to scan the whole developer forum, and while I used to get help in the forum as much as 50% of the time (and fairly often provide it), now it's at ZERO--a big loss, especially since Support is not helpful. Big thumbs down here. When will this be fixed?

Velma,
You are 100% correct. This is a MASSIVE failure on the part of ServiceNow. I personally don't believe they'll ever fix it. The company continues to be profitable despite many garbage implementations, such as the Community "upgrade" and the ominous lack of good documentation or support. Your frustration is shared by many admins.

I agree with many sentiments found here.
I previously used the Community Forum all the time but this "Upgrade" has made it to where I don't want to use it at all. Too many forums, too many categories, links that are marked as "Correct" in previous post that don't actually work when you click on them, member levels that make no logical sense (Tera Guru, Kilo Guru, Tera Sage...you know what made more sense..Forum Level 3, Forum Level 5...at least then you knew it was someone with experience). Just overall....not a good experience and makes me not even want to come on here anymore.
ServiceNow seems to be trapped in this mindset of "Improving the Look or Feel" of something when in fact, the previous implementation is better in almost every way. This not only goes for this forum, but in my opinion, goes for things like the "Next UI Experience", which we've disabled in our instances. While trying to introduce a new look or design to things, you shouldn't create more work, more clicks, more scrolling than what was previously necessary. Functionality, the ability to work faster, and the ability to work more efficiently are more important than a sleek and fancy UI.
