can we use any file format in built mac os. which can access us to use import sets and update sets

Hi ServiceNow family,

 

            i wanted to know about, currently i don't have an access to MS office tools. is there any mac os built formatted applications, can we use in servicenow, like Pages, Numbers instead of using xml, excel sheet, in topics like update sets, import sets and where we need to attach mandatory attachments?, does it work?

Hi @ramprakashd ,

You can import : CSV, CSV (tab), Custom (Parse by Script), Excel, JSON, or XML .
