Create Dashboard Button Not Showing

I have opened the dashboard module under self-service and the problem is it is not showing "create a dashboard" button.
So can anyone provide your valuable solution?

Hi @JekinZ 

For Dashboards, all Roles can Create and Share a Dashboard. All Roles can view a Dashboard if it had been shared with them (User, Group, Role). 

Please check is any ACL blocking this?
