Error: "Only interactive users are allowed to access UI" while logging into instance

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to log in to my ServiceNow instance, but I am getting the error message:

This error is appearing on the login page of my instance: dev200071.service-now.com (screenshot attached).

I would like to understand:

  • Why this error occurs?

  • How can I enable my user to log in interactively to the UI?

  • Is there any specific role or user setting that needs to be modified to resolve this?

Any guidance or steps to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @neehas710 

 

Since this is a PDI, support is not available. Here’s the best you can do:

  1. Go to developer.servicenow.com

  2. Under your profile, locate your instance

  3. Try resetting the password and log in again

  4. If the issue still persists, release the current instance and request a new one
