Hello Everyone,
I am trying to log in to my ServiceNow instance, but I am getting the error message:
This error is appearing on the login page of my instance: dev200071.service-now.com (screenshot attached).
I would like to understand:
Why this error occurs?
How can I enable my user to log in interactively to the UI?
Is there any specific role or user setting that needs to be modified to resolve this?
Any guidance or steps to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Since this is a PDI, support is not available. Here’s the best you can do:

Go to developer.servicenow.com
-
Under your profile, locate your instance
-
Try resetting the password and log in again
-
If the issue still persists, release the current instance and request a new one
