How to access the Now Create Portal

Good afternoon - I am having a difficult time finding the 'Welcome to Now Create' portal. The ServiceNow documentation is giving me this link (learning.service-now.com/nowcreate), but it takes me to 'best practices' and is not what I am looking for. Any ideas? I dropped the documentation in the post - very first screen showcases where I am trying to access. Thank you all!

the Now Create has been moved to new address, it's Best Practice Library now:

It's been moved a week ago or something, so the SNPI material wasn't updated, but it's the same thing...

What are the updated steps then in Best Practices to follow if it doesn't follow the documentation?

yes, That is expected behavior, mate. Since 5th Dec, ‘Create’ has now been moved under Best Practice.”
