How to send email notification Requestor Manager in Automation flow in Creator Studio

Hi,

I created a automation flow using creator studio for new application. In the there is a option to send email, how we can send mail to the requestor manager through the send email step.

Hello @Arun_Manoj ,

As of now, creator studio does not have any function to send the email to the requestor manager. You need to manually pass the email in the recipient in order to send the email to requestor manager.

@Abhishek_Thakur ,  cc refers to the user table , how can dot walk or fetch values from the requestor user table?

Hello @Arun_Manoj ,

You cannot do the dot walking from the creator studio. You need to create a notification on sc_req_item table where you will be sending the notification to the requestors manager in fields.
