I have been in the IT field for nearly 19 years combined from my experience working part-time in the computer lab and library in college to my current position as a Service Delivery Specialist at a digital service company. While this position is more focused on managed services, I provide remote support for our printers and managed them in the device management system known as Streamline. I have used ServiceNow in my current position and previous technical support positions to create and manage tickets. After doing my research and talking to my uncle who is the ServiceNow field, I have decided that I need to take my career to a new level. With that being said, I am starting the NextGen program and I am thrilled to be a part of it. I just watched the Rise Up Program video of all of the past participants and their stories. My biggest takeaways from the video is how diverse the ServiceNow platform and learning tool is. That is what I was most impressed with as diversity is very important to me. I want work on my craft with everything that ServiceNow has to offer, build relationships and start making a difference. I am happy that ServiceNow is a well-rounded platform to learn more about, build a career and potentially change my life. Do you all have any advise?

Hi @narendra01 ,
Thank you for sharing your background and motivations for joining the ServiceNow NextGen program! It's inspiring to hear about your journey in IT, from your college experiences to your current role as a Service Delivery Specialist.
A couple of cents from my side are,
1. Participate actively in discussions, ask questions, and follow the right mentors. this is a place, where you see a lot of fake profiles.
2.If you know the solution, write it up here and build a relationship with fellow community folks.
3. Take advantage of ServiceNow's resources like the NowLearning platform, Podcasts, and threads of articles. There are excellent resources created by Mark R, Maik, and Allen.
4. Having specific goals for what you want to achieve by the end of the program will help you stay focused and motivated

Hi @narendra01
Welcome in ServiceNow World.
As you already has a good experience in IT now you need to just add that experience with SN.
SN is very vast and which important in learning is root. Being a SN trainer I can say,if you understand the basic of SN with full clarity rest modules will be easy to learn.
I am happy if you need any further guidance.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
