Hi @Priyanka B D

As far as I know, the plugin wasn’t installed from the clone. You need to manually activate / install the plugin in the target instance.

Hello,

Thank you for  your response

Can you please let me know after installing the plugin do we need to to reconfigure everything from scratch for eaxmple
1. Specify Basic Details
2. Prepare Source Data for Mapping
3.Map Data to CMDB and Add Relationships

Hi @Priyanka B D

Yes, that's correct. You need to configure it from the start. Since the cloning has already been done, you'll need to do it from scratch. If you install the plugin before cloning, you'll end up with source configurations in the target, which is not ideal.

Hello @Priyanka B D

No, you can just capture everything in an update set and move. That's how we move "Integration ETL" updates. The entities, the mappings and everything.

I have been there so many times in servicenow graph connector integrations that this is a daily for testing.

Just export all the XMLs - make sure all and import in sequence AND IN SAME SCOPE . It will be done.

Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.
