Hi Team, 

 

users with role sn_msi.workspace_manager can still unable to add the other groups in "Allowed groups" in Enforce Restriction section in Major Security Incident Management. 

Please suggest how to find this issue?

 when i impersonate that any user unable to see new button in sibling task section in task section in Major Security Incident Management. But when i try it in my instance its visible

Please suggest how to find this issue?

You can use the Access Analyzer to compare roles between the two users. Most likely, the issue is due to a missing role for the other user."
