I am reaching out to inquire if this is the appropriate forum for my question. When an employee is granted agent permissions in HRSM for the first time, I would like the system to automatically send a "welcome new agent" email. Has anyone implemented this before? I am seeking an example of such an email, which should include resources and training materials that would be beneficial for a new agent.
