Would anyone know how to get my account switched over to 'Developer'.
I have gotten a PDI, however I can only see the 'App Engine Studio' option when my PDI instance is online.
I would like to access 'Creator Studio', however for some reason, this is not an option for me, on this PDI.
I have released a few times and created a new instance and even ensured my account is labelled as Developer. but so far, no luck
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @MickMcAuley,
Navigate/login to: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance
click Actions > Change User Role:
Select Admin and Change:
Then you should be able accessing the PDI in full scale. Let me know if that helped or share screenshot to better understand what do you mean "switch to developer"..

also, navigate to: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/
And share with me what do you see here:
To access the Create stuido, click the icon or navigate to:
https://yourinstance.service-now.com/now/creatorstudio/home
(perhaps changing the role to admin as seen above might be required)

Hi @MickMcAuley ,
You need to change your role to Admin a shown in screenhots shared by GlideFather. Once you change your role to Admin- you will be able to view everything which admin can see.

Hi all
Thank you, SO much. This has been one of those annoying fixes that I spent hours on trying more technical solutions to something pretty simple...
Appreciate the detailed feedback. This was my first post in this community and I am glad I have access to this space.
I am not long into a new role, fully ServiceNow based, so I will be more active in here going forward 🙂
Thanks again, and have a great day!
