Would anyone know how to get my account switched over to 'Developer'.
I have gotten a PDI, however I can only see the 'App Engine Studio' option when my PDI instance is online.
I would like to access 'Creator Studio', however for some reason, this is not an option for me, on this PDI.
I have released a few times and created a new instance and even ensured my account is labelled as Developer. but so far, no luck
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @MickMcAuley,
Navigate/login to: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance
click Actions > Change User Role:
Select Admin and Change:
Then you should be able accessing the PDI in full scale. Let me know if that helped or share screenshot to better understand what do you mean "switch to developer"..

also, navigate to: https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/
And share with me what do you see here:
To access the Create stuido, click the icon or navigate to:
https://yourinstance.service-now.com/now/creatorstudio/home
(perhaps changing the role to admin as seen above might be required)

Hi @MickMcAuley,
I can tell you that this happened to all of us 😄 literally everyone here experienced it too.
If this helped you please feel free to accept solution (a button in the right-bottom corner), it will close this thread, giving it "Solved" attribute and Community peer in the future looking for the same answer will find the Solved tag and it will help them. As well as it will help me to grow my Community ranking.
It doesn't cost you anything, but if you can ask you to consider it.. please go above and mark the reply (here: https://www.servicenow.com/community/creator-studio-forum/pdi-issue/m-p/3409749/highlight/true#M1455) that helped you with the "Accept solution" button
Thanks for considering it. Have a wonderful day!
