Hi Community,
I am currently working on designing and implementing workflows and would like to strengthen my practical understanding by exploring real-life use cases.
Could you please suggest some real-world workflow scenarios ranging from beginner to intermediate level? I am particularly interested in scenarios that help in understanding approvals, task automation, notifications, and state transitions in a structured way.
Looking forward to your suggestions and insights.
Thanks in advance!

Scenario 1: An employee requests a new laptop, needing manager approval, followed by IT task assignment.
Scenario 2: HR hires a new employee and needs IT, Facilities, and Security to prepare for them.
Scenario 3: A new Knowledge Article must be reviewed by an expert before being published.
Scenario 4: A P1 (Priority 1) incident is raised, needing immediate assignment to the Service Desk manager and notification to stakeholders.
Scenario 5: User requests software (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) through the Service Portal. ( design form ->approval->fulfillment with SLA)
