Hi Team,
I’m working on a test automation scenario using RPA capabilities and would like to request activation of the following plugins in my Personal Developer Instance (PDI):
Instance URL: https://dev324506.service-now.com
Please activate the following plugins:
1. RPA Desktop Design Studio (sn_rpa_studio)
2. RPA Runtime Engine (sn_rpa_runtime)
3. RPA IntegrationHub Spoke (sn_rpa_ih_spoke)
4. Credential Store (com.snc.credential_store)
These plugins are needed for exploring ServiceNow RPA end-to-end automation capabilities for a personal proof of concept.
Solved! Go to Solution.

are you not able to search that plugin in PDI?
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @HARIPRASADM
Some RPA plugins cannot be installed in a Personal Developer Instance (PDI). Below is a list of such plugins — make sure to search for them using the exact names as shown.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Yes, I am unable to see those plugins in the list of available plugins for both the PDI instance and the Demo instance. Additionally, I am unable to access the support portal to raise this issue or request the required plugins. Could you please help me find a solution or assist me in reaching out to support for further assistance?
