Hi Guys,

I'm trying to complete my task from  ServiceNow Platform Implementation On Demand -  SNPI - Explore Now Create (Content)
I could downloaded the XML according throught the guidance, however when I click to upload it into the platfrom, the upload button doesn't work.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

@FabianaFerreir Try incognito or different browser.

Another reason could be your network or VPN blocking this.
