SNPI - Explore Now Create - Failed

I followed all the steps and I select "Import XML" and attached the XML file that I exported from here: https://nowlearning.service-now.com/nowcreate?id=sp_overview&sp_id=3c6d5430db2490509d7e0114b99619b0

But when I select upload, the project does not displayed.

 

I attached the exported XML file to this question.

after clicking the upload button, try to refresh the page or go to other menu/page then go back to the project -> all. It takes some time to display the data

I had a similar issue, usually it’s the XML import or browser causing the problem. Also, using letras cursivas to highlight key steps in documentation makes troubleshooting much easier.
