State shoud be same

Whenever I add the parent incident in the child case then child case "STATE" should become same as parent incident . 

This should be in client script format .

Please read the documentation on state syncing between parent and child incidents before adding in additional customisation.

Hi @aggarwaltan ,

 

Before its done by a customization you must know that certain state change are managed by servicenow OOTB. but if the give functionality is not sufficient you need to create a business rule or a flow to manage this state change control.

as started by @Bhavya11 , it would be a good idea to read the out of the box functionality. If that Is not sufficient, a business rule will do the trick.
