Unable to Create Intent After Creating NLU Model

Hello ServiceNow Community,

I'm facing an issue while working with NLU in my Personal Developer Instance (PDI). After successfully creating an NLU model, I try to create an intent, but I receive the following error message:

"Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again after some time. If the issue persists, log an issue with Support."

Questions:

  1. Has anyone encountered this issue before in a Personal Developer Instance (PDI)?
  2. Are there specific PDI limitations that might affect NLU services?

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

There’re many post related to your issue, and it seems that nul feature is not available on PDI.

*in my PDI, same error message was displayed.

So I recommend to take the Now Learning on-demand cources.

You can try NLU on the Lab istance.
