Reports visible to everyone when a particular user creates or updates

Hi Everyone,

I have a requirement in which by default all any report created or modify by Abel Tuter get publish and visible to everyone. When I was checking reports, there is share button and there was Visible to and Required Roles option. If leave Required Roles blank, then it should be visible to everyone. Now I was thinking of writing of BR on sys_report table when record is inserted or updated and changed the required roles to blank. Is there any better way to implement this so that all reports will be visible to everyone if it is created or modified by Abel tuter?

Hello HansRaj ,

 

This requirement is look like practice based when Abel is creating report at the time only share with everyone.

I don't think so you need to do configuration/customization for this.
