User Criteria Report with Drilldown

I need to create a report based on a table that includes two fields:

Name and User Criteria. When a user clicks on the User Criteria field, the report should drill down to the next level, displaying all the users and groups mapped to that criteria.

Could someone please assist with this requirement..

Hi @Sathwik1

A report displays static data. When you mention 'lock on criteria,' are you referring to the filter? Or something else? If possible, could you share a screenshot to clarify what exactly you're looking for?

To be more clear..

We had one custom table, in which there are some 10 fields.. I need report on that table.

Out of those 10 fields in report I want to show 2 fields.. i.e, "Name" field and "User Criteria" field.

Here, User criteria means.. it refers to user criteria table.

When some user clicks on user criteria table.. then a new report should open it which user can see who are users and groups are mapped to this criteria.

Hi @Sathwik1

Thanks for sharing the details. If I understand correctly, you need a list-style report where a user clicks on the first field (likely a hyperlink) to open the record on another page and view its details.

It seems you also want to display the associated user/group mappings. I believe that’s not easily achievable through standard reporting. We can create a drill-down report, but that would still be static — or it would require filters to dynamically display data based on the clicked field.
