Hello
I am facing issue with accessing the ServiceNow developer instance URL since today evening. I am able to login but when I click on Start building button, it directs to a Not secure URL with message starting "Your connection isn't private....". Can someone tell me what is the reason, is this is an issue occurring for many or few.
Thank you
Rajagopallan

Hi @RAJENDRANR
I heard in the community that this issue has been resolved. You can try the following workaround.
-
Try accessing through alternate methods:
-
Log in to developer.servicenow.com and launch the PDI from there. Some users have reported success using this approach.
-
A workaround suggested by my friend Nikunj:
Open developer.servicenow.com in incognito mode, sign in, and launch the PDI. While it may show a security error, scroll down and click the ‘Advanced’ option in the footer. Then, click on the ‘Proceed to <PDI URL> (unsafe)’ link to bypass the warning and access your PDI.
-
Unless it's urgent, it’s recommended to wait a bit before deciding to release the instance.

Hii @RajagopallaV
It’s a known issue today. You can either wait or release the PDI and request a new one.
The reason could be planned or unplanned maintenance on the ServiceNow side, which is usually not notified to PDI users.
So, it’s better to wait for a few hours before deciding to release the instance.

Hi Atul,
I tried clicking the Build button now, but the issue is still there, maybe it will take some more time.

Hi Dr Atul, I still face the same issue. Do you know if this issue will be resolved soon. I have a presentation with business this evening for which I need the instance to be up and running. I need to run some tests before the presentation as well.
Regards,
Raj
