User Criteria Report with Drilldown

I need to create a report based on a table that includes two fields:

Name and User Criteria. When a user clicks on the User Criteria field, the report should drill down to the next level, displaying all the users and groups mapped to that criteria.

Could someone please assist with this requirement..

@Ankur Bawiskar  "Assigned to " is an reference field, but here "user criteria" is not an reference right? it's like an list collector.. probably due to that.. I'm not sure.

yes that's the platform behavior.

You cannot click list type field in report as it holds multiple records.

Can you please suggest any other possibilities ankur? Atleast with 2 reports and managed through Interactive filter or using some pivot tables.. something like that?

I doubt this is feasible.

You can try to use database view by joining that table with user criteria table and see if that helps.
