Hey there. I'm Philip Swann, and here is Knowledge and CreatorCon 2026 game plan.
Only being my 2nd official knowledge; this time we have a smaller group coming over than last year. There are 3 main things I want to get out of this year’s event.
- Networking. Seeing people, face to face, in the room. There’s nothing like Knowledge! This includes time with my team travelling together, as well as the sessions we attend, sharing our stories, asking questions and lots of listening.
- Soak in the excitement. This is what the keynotes are all about. Inspirational leaders setting out their stalls and defining the direction of travel for the next 12 months. We hear it right from the horses mouth…
- Selfies! Obviously... we want receipts!
The sessions I am most excited about are:
-
Anything AI Control Tower, Risk & Security, and understanding the customer perspectives on their challenges.
-
A couple of specific sessions to call out:
-
AI Control Tower Challenge (there are multiple of these, sign up quick!)
-
AI Agent Prompting Tips & Tricks
-
The Blue Collar Benefit, with Arnoud Kooi
-
Unfortunately I was a bit late to the party and so many labs have already been filled up! I am looking for waiting lists, and for the hottest ones I might even hover around the room just in case.
-
Even for sessions that might be over subscribed, I still plan to get myself around those areas, e.g. last year a lot of Risk & Security sessions were in the Wynn, so I tend to put myself around those areas and let serendipity take its course.
-
Don’t skip the corridor track! Put yourself in places where the people you want to speak to will be. Don’t be afraid to just hang around!
-
Of course, the keynotes…
-
In the expo: Community Pavilion , CreatorCon garden and bar… and the Knowledge shop!
I also do not want to book in TOO MUCH. Leave some space and don't get too disappointed if sessions are not available or they overlap. In fact this is a good thing, share the plan with your team and then connect after to compare notes. Split up, it can make conversations more interesting if there is a bit of variety amongst your groups!
Itinerary wise:
It’s better to arrive a bit early and have Sunday with the team, Monday for pre-con activities , definitely go to The Sphere, and then chill and/or fly home Friday… Sleep on the plane home!
Last year I was lucky enough to spend the first day seeing the Grand Canyon and the final day with some of the ServiceNow Community team , in the Red Rock canyon riding Jeeps which probably goes down as some of the best days in my life.
Say YES to things… (and try and experience some of the beautiful nature beyond the LED lights!)
