Abstract:
Adobe has an extensive multi-disciplined IT organization that includes operations as well as development pipelines that often overlap. In order to facilitate transitions from operations to development, Adobe built a scalable integration with JIRA, enabling code-less onboarding for development teams. In this session, Adobe will share their success with data-driven integration design that enables rapid onboarding for new teams and changes for existing teams. In the first three months since Adobe's ServiceNow implementation, 20 projects have been integrated with the Incident and Problem Management modules.
