If you are preparing for an exhilarating experience at CreatorCon 2024, it's essential to strategize your navigation through the sprawling venue of the Venetian Show Floor.
The layout, while impressive, requires a bit of savvy planning to ensure you soak in every bit of knowledge without missing a beat. Here’s how you can manage your time effectively and make every step count at this year’s CreatorCon.

Expect to Move Around – A Lot!
Knowledge’s venue is vast, and the distribution of labs, sessions, and exhibits can span considerable distances. This layout ensures a diverse and enriching experience but also means you will need to move across large areas to attend different activities.
Plan Your Schedule with Transit Time in Mind
When you’re mapping out your day, consider more than just the start time of sessions and labs. Account for the walking time between locations. Here are a few tips to manage this:
- Use the Event Map: Familiarize yourself with the event’s layout as soon as you arrive, or better yet, study the map available in the ServiceNow Events app before the event. Identify your pathways and shortcuts.
- Allow for Buffer Time: Always add a 10–15-minute buffer to your estimated walking time. This will help you arrive on time, find a good seat, and even network a bit before sessions begin.
Comfort is Key
Comfortable footwear will be your best friend at Knowledge and CreatorCon. Opt for shoes that support and comfort as you navigate the extensive show floor. You’ll be surprised how much more enjoyable your experience is when your feet don’t hurt.
Utilize Break Times Efficiently
Break times are perfect for transitioning between locations. Use these intervals not just for physical breaks but also to move to your next session or lab. This way, you can reduce the likelihood of being late.
Also be sure to give yourself mental breaks too. Knowledge and CreatorCon can be exhilarating, but also overwhelming, and you should take the time to be kind to yourself and give yourself a mental break if you feel you need it!
Stay Hydrated and Energized
Keep a water bottle handy and stay hydrated throughout the day. Snack bars or similar quick bites can also be a lifesaver during busy schedules, keeping your energy levels up as you move around.
