Abstract:

In this session, we'll educate participants on how to make their apps ready for localization using the ServiceNow architecture and appropriate API calls. You'll discover information on how to correctly externalize strings and route them through the translation process. We plan to use the DevOps app as a proof of concept and a use case.

Attendees will learn how to:

• Prepare their apps for localization
• Externalize UI strings for translation and import translated strings back into the platform
• Self-localize product and apps
