Abstract:
Join Lasse Kjelstrup-Hoop, Senior VP of Creative Ninjaneerin, in this session to learn how they got their first app certified for the ServiceNow store. This is a true story of the development, certification, and support of a free app where nothing is hidden. You'll learn about their mistakes and learnings from the process, and how you can optimize your certification process. He'll also go through the process of maintaining the app after go-live and how to best test the app on multiple releases. The app he'll be talking about is a real app that is still on the ServiceNow store and now has more than 100 customers worldwide.
