Deliver configurable consumer grade experiences for B2B portal customers
As of the Yokohama release, the business portal is a new Customer Portal for B2B (Business to Business) organizations to provide an engaging customer experience for CSM (Customer Service Management). All new B2B implementations should start with the Business Portal.
It's also a portal for other CRM product such as Sales and Order Management.
All new B2B implementations should start with this new portal. The Business Portal has modern layout and navigaion and leverages Configurable Portal Widgets .
The portal suffix is“/business_portal” is the default B2B Customer Portal. Prior to the Yokohama release, B2B portals started implementations with the old reference portal, customer service portal with the suffix "/csm".
*Note - Customer portals (also known as Customer Service Portals in documentation) are portals built for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications using ServiceNow’s Platform Service Portal Framework.
