24x7 and Hong Kong time zone not showing

Hi, may I ask why the 24x7 in Schedule field and Hong Kong timezone is not available when I create a new SLA Definition record? Could you please help me understand why it's missing?

schedule field is reference field out of the box, why it's showing as drop down in your instance?
See if someone changed the dictionary type and disabled the choice for 24x7.
24x7 is not available out of the box as Schedule
Specific timezone can't be selected in Timezone source field

24x7 in Schedule field and Hong Kong timezone - These are not OOB available.
You must create this schedule manually. Check if 24X7 is deactivated or not . if it is not there-
- Navigate to System Scheduler > Schedules > Schedules and click New.
- Name it 24x7, and create a schedule entry set to All day with Daily repetition.
- Once saved, you can select this in your SLA Definition.
Navigate to System Properties > Basic Configuration.
Scroll down to System timezone for all users unless overridden in the user's record and click Configure Available time zones. Add the Asia/Hong_Kong timezone to the available list
