Try to install the same plugin from https://developer.servicenow.com.
It worked for me.

Hi, I got the same error when installing the Customer Service Virtual Agent Conversations com.sn_csm.virtualagent
and there doesn't seem to be an option to uninstall it to get rid of the message.
Any anwers on what is causing this error?
