I get this error:

403: External user not authorized | Virtual Agent

who can help me here?

IF you are facing the 403 issue, 

 

1> Verify if you have installed right plugins.

  • If not install and retry. 

2> If everything looks good and still no luck ? Try repairing the plugins.

  • once repaired the, log out and re login.It should work.
