Actions and Events Missing in CSM Lab 5.3.1 – Case Types

Hi everyone,

I’m currently working on CSM Lab Module 5.3.1 – Case Types and I’ve run into an issue in my training instance.

The lab directs me to navigate to:
All > Now Experience Framework > Actions and Events > Action Bar Declarative Actions

However, when I search for "Actions and Events" in the application navigator, no results appear at all — the entire module seems to be missing. See attached screenshots.

Has anyone experienced this before?
Could it be related to missing plugins, roles, or something that needs to be enabled?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Tunde,

This will more than likely be an issues with the Lab Instance. Repair the Machine learning settings.

Lab Management > Repair System properties.

Lab Management > Repair Machine learning settings.

 

Should help reset the instance setting and resolve the issue.

Hi Mexi/Everyone, 

 

I am also experiencing the same issue, on two Lab instances that i checked.  Even tried repair but no luck.

 

Can anyone help on this?

Solution: If not visible in filter navigator you can directly navigate to 'sys_declarative_action_assignment' table.
