After the australia upgrade, Retire, Create Feedback and Show workflow buttons are missing in SOW

Hi All,

 

Our instance has been upgraded to Australia release, I see few buttons missing in Service Operations Workspace after upgrade. For Published articles, below actions are missing.

Also for Retired Articles, "Edit" button is missing

Please suggest how to get these back and fix it!

Hi @apoorvaagar,

This looks like a Service Operations Workspace configuration issue after the Australia upgrade. ServiceNow has documented cases (KBA1756084,  KB2817603) where UI actions disappear when the workspace/UI Builder records are not properly updated, so I would check the workspace plugin versions and verify that the Retire/Create Feedback/Edit actions still have the correct sys_ux_form_action, sys_ux_form_action_layout_item, and sys_ux_m2m_action_layout_item link.

 1. Repair SOW and UIB Plugins and  try 

2. If still not working , ( if updates available) Update all SOW and UIB Plugins to latest versions.
