Aggregation value required in each line or row of a Incident report in ServiceNow

Hi,
I need an aggregation in a report like below.
Item No Category Number of Incidents Total time spent for resolution
1 Software 4 3day 4hour 5mins
2 Hardware 3 0day 1hour 2mins
3 Network 2 4day 1hour 10mins
Pls help me out.

I'd try Report Type - Pivotal Table
Select Row => Category
For column you need to play around and select what you need, priority, state maybe...

Hi @Venkat1231 ,
Not possible through the normal report designer, as the report designer doesn't aggregate multiple incidents into one row e.g. 4 incidents whit total time spend 3day 4 hour 5min = 4 rows in the table structure where you would like to aggregate time spend based on the category.
You can do it in three different reports, one for software, one for hardware and one for network. If you would like to have all three categories in one reports, you can instead utilize performance analytics to do the calculation.
