Based on short description field predicts category, priority and assignment groups in case record

Hi Community,

I am looking for the advice regarding predictive intelligence implementation.

I am using  predictive intelligence to predict the category, priority and assignment group fields based on the short description field in case .For this  I will import Case records with some field values these records are shows in PI but the fields are not populated based on short description .

I will enable all necessary plugins , properties and BR's also

Hi Ashok,

The result that display to you on a solution was completely built based on the word corpus filter condition and the field values.

Providing the type of prediction definition and the word corpus conditions would helpful to understand the problem clearly.
