Blank Space when compose email in SOW

Hello Experts,

I need you're help on the SOW side, In below image you can see the tow part where the email is in left and right side we have a list of articles. So the problem is when the right side of list count is increased that time left side email body area height is also increase I have marked as squire that part is take a white space only. and it is not clickable like line. please give me you expert advice. Can we solve this or it is the OOTB behavior.

This is not ideal UX, and while it can be seen in OOTB configurations, it is not intentional behavior, and can be fixed with customization.

Where we do the customization for that? can you guide me so I will fix this issue
