Can not show response template when compose an email on Agent Workspace

Hello community,

 

I'm facing an issue after upgrading to Tokyo version.

In the Agent Workspace, when I click Compose Email, I can not see the Response Template on the right side, which was should be there when I was in Rome version. It says "No Table Configuration - Please specify the Table Configuration". How can I handle this one?

Do you have response templates for the table of the record you want to send the email from?

If so, the record you want to send the email from, has it been created in the correct scope?

Yes, everything is correct, but it still not be showed

Does the agent have the role sn_templated_snip.template_snippet_reader?

If so, on what table is the response template created on?  Can you share a copy of the response template configuration?

I am having this issue too.  The response templates will show when looking at the incident, but not when composing an email despite the templates being configured with both the 'form' and 'email' channel.

Did you ever figure out a solution?
