Can not show response template when compose an email on Agent Workspace

Hello community,

 

I'm facing an issue after upgrading to Tokyo version.

In the Agent Workspace, when I click Compose Email, I can not see the Response Template on the right side, which was should be there when I was in Rome version. It says "No Table Configuration - Please specify the Table Configuration". How can I handle this one?

Hi @Thuy Thao 

Please navigate to All > Contextual Search > Table Configuration

Create a new record for your respective table

Table : {select table for which you have created your response template}
UI Type : Workspace
Search Context : Response Templates (Email)
