Can we create knowledge from CASE? Do we have any UI actions on case form.
Because I am not able to see any buttons on case form in both normal UI and agent workspace UI

Hi
Yes we can create
Activate KCS plugin. Knowledge Centered Service
Then you will have Create Knowldge button on Case form. It will appear only if a case is resolved.
I guess KCS is a paid plugin.
