category Filed is not populating in CSM workspace

Hello Everyone, 

I’m currently facing an issue with CSM Workspace while creating a case. I’ve updated all the necessary fields like category, subcategory, and others that are required for case creation. Upon creating the case, I checked the Case table, and all the data is mapped correctly from the Service Portal. However, when I check the case in CSM Workspace, the only field that’s not mapped correctly is the Category field — all other fields are fine.

I’ve already reviewed the UI, Business Rules, and other configurations, and everything seems to be in order. I’m stuck here and would really appreciate any help or suggestions on where I might be missing something.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have any pointers on how to resolve this?
