Hi All,
We have recently migrated our Agent workspace to configurable workspace. I have a requirement that whenever we close our configurable workspace window and reopen the workspace in a new session it should not show the previous opened tab.
How to do that configuration in configurable workspace?
Thanks,
Jaswinder Kaur

Hi @Jaswinder Kaur ,
All you need to do is change the value of a property !
For that, you can navigate to the System Properties (sys_properties.list)
Search for : glide.ui.restore.previous.session.tabs
And set the value to false
If that helps please mark my answer as correct / helpful!
And if further help is needed please let me know
Cheers

Hi @Clara Lemos , thank you so much for providing those information, it was very helpful!
Would you mind to confirm please, if in your instance, the Property "glide.ui.restore.previous.session.tabs" is under a private application?
I am asking it, because I have the Service Operations Workspace version 4.2.0 (we have just migrated from Agent Workspace, to SOW v4.2.0), and in my customer's instance, the Property is created in the Scoped Application: "sn-canvas-chrome", which is a private application, so, the Property could not be edited.
I was able to edit this Property, enforcing the edit of the record through the SNUtils, but I am not sure if I could affect anything, such as the upgradability.
After changing the Property value to 'false', it is working as desired (it is not restauring the previous opened tabs anymore).
Thank you so much!
Vivi

Hi,
I have found out that this does not work anymore for the Washington DC release.
I have tried on PDI with Vancouver release where it works perfectly.
Then I tried on fresh Washington DC release where the property is not taking into consideration it seems.
Does anybody now how to fix it? I have already written HI case for this but perhaps somebody here knows how it works.
Cheers
Jan
