Hi All,
We have recently migrated our Agent workspace to configurable workspace. I have a requirement that whenever we close our configurable workspace window and reopen the workspace in a new session it should not show the previous opened tab.
How to do that configuration in configurable workspace?
Thanks,
Jaswinder Kaur

Hi @Jaswinder Kaur ,
All you need to do is change the value of a property !
For that, you can navigate to the System Properties (sys_properties.list)
Search for : glide.ui.restore.previous.session.tabs
And set the value to false
If that helps please mark my answer as correct / helpful!
And if further help is needed please let me know
Cheers

Hi @Jan Skramlik_ , thank you for sharing you are facing the issue after Washington DC release upgrade. We are having the same issue here, after the upgrade from Vancouver to Washington, the Property "glide.ui.restore.previous.session.tabs" seems to not take effects anymore.
If we have some update from the Support, I will update this thread here. And if you receive some update, if you could also share it here.
Thank you!
Vivi

Same issue with us - Washington DC.
How can we get ServiceNow to consider this as a bug to be fixed in an upcoming patch/release?
