Configuring Inbound Email action to update condition to specific sender domain

Hi guys,
Need help to update a reply inbound email action condition with a specific domain sender and that the record number (CSXXXXXX) is in a specific state (e.g. Assigned to Transport team). Sorry I'm a bit new to inbound actions. Thank you

Hi, unfortunately your post doesn't make your requirement clear. Normally you would set email specific conditions on the 'When to run' tab using 'Conditions' or 'Condition'
If the sender of the email exists in your instance this will populate their user record into the 'user_id' field
and if the reply is mapped to an existing task via watermark or the task number existing in the subject line IE RE: Task00001 then the task will be mapped to the target field.
The conditions filter allows you to dot.walk to the reference record fields so you should be able to set user and target task conditions in the filter.

Sorry. If the sender domain is from let's say @gmail.com and if the record number in the subject is in a specific stage (Assigned to Transport team), then the stage of the record will then be updated to the next stage. This is the requirement needed
