Changing Manager Workspace (WFO)

Where/how can I change the Manager Workspace (WFO) for Amy Jones? I have tried following the steps that we use for editing Agent Workspace but I cannot see any options (App Shells) for Manager Workspace.

I am trying to change the layout for what is OOTB (please see attached screenshot) as well as get to the source of the reports that are included in this workspace (as I need to recreate them).

Please go to below link and click on workspace which is current being used and click on 'UI builder' and make changes accordingly.

Hi Musab, I tried that with opening the CSM Service Management User Landing Page (I am assuming that this is the correct page for the manager user such as Amy Jones), but am unable to open it in the UI Builder.

I get an error message - please see attached screenshot.
