Changing Manager Workspace (WFO)

Where/how can I change the Manager Workspace (WFO) for Amy Jones? I have tried following the steps that we use for editing Agent Workspace but I cannot see any options (App Shells) for Manager Workspace.

I am trying to change the layout for what is OOTB (please see attached screenshot) as well as get to the source of the reports that are included in this workspace (as I need to recreate them).

Change the scope to CSM workspace and try , I see you are in Global scope right now and trying to access CSM scope. Mark my answer as correct if that helps

Hi @Musab Rasheed - I am unable to open the Manager Workspace in UI Builder type view - like we can do for the agent workspace. Using the link that you have shared I can see a list of landing page placeholders (see attached screenshot); however, I don't think the 'CSM Service Management User Landing Page' which I am assuming the person Amy Jones uses when she logs into: https://demoinstance.service-now.com/now/workspace/manager/home

 

I need to get to the source of the reports in WFO. Can you let me know how I can access those via the UI Builder tool.
